BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS*

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”) with RS ARCHIVE, referred to as “RS ARCHIVE,” “us,” or “we,” at the RS ARCHIVE website or mobile site (referred to as “rsarchive.ca”).

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. The version of the Terms that will apply to your order will be those available on rsarchive.ca at the time your order is placed.

By using rsarchive.ca and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the “Terms”). Please ensure you have read and understood these Terms before placing your order.

OWNERSHIP OF RIGHTS*

Any use of rsarchive.ca or its contents, including copying or storing any part of it for anything other than your own personal, non-commercial use, is strictly prohibited without the written permission of RS ARCHIVE.

DELIVERY & CHARGES*

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional import fees incurred upon delivery. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SALE PRICES*

Sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Once a product has been purchased at a discounted price, we are unable to apply future sale prices or refund the difference in the event of an exchange.
