This page will outline the basic shipping policies we follow. By ordering you acknowledge and accept the terms below.

 

Are duties and taxes included at checkout?

No, duties are not included. Tax may be included depending on the country or region. Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, the shipment destination, and the value of your purchase.

If duties and taxes are charged at checkout, they will appear as a separate shipping option labelled “DDP”. Some countries require duties and taxes to be paid upon delivery, and they will be the customer’s responsibility.

 

What are the DDP vs DDU shipping options?

Due to the new tariff laws in the U.S., we now offer two shipping options at checkout for U.S. customers:

DDP (pre-paid): This option is included in your shipping cost and also pre pays any duties, tariffs, and taxes at checkout, so you should not be charged again upon delivery. 

DDU (post-paid): Duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included, and any import fees must be paid by the receiver upon delivery. This charge will be separate from the shipping cost, and is incurred by the carrier and/or the customs laws of the recipient’s country.

We highly recommend selecting DDP, as we have found it is typically cheaper overall and helps avoid unexpected fees or delivery delays requiring additional payment.

We are not responsible for any duties, tariffs, or customs charges incurred upon delivery. These charges are out of our control and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are NOT responsible for any parcels claimed to be lost or stolen if marked DELIVERED by the carrier company.

Orders placed before 2 PM will be dispatched the next business day.

Estimated standard delivery times:

Canada: 2-7 Business Days
USA: 4-8 Business Days
UK: 10- 14 Business Days
Australia & NZ: 10-20 Business Days

Other EU locations: 10-20 Business Days                                                                                                                                                                                                    

PRE-ORDERS

If an item is a pre-order, this will be noted clearly in the product details.
Pre-orders will be shipped within 50 days of when the order was placed.
